INSTALL GUIDE

To install .RWP files in the original Train Simulator Classic (formerly RailWorks / TS202x), use
the built-in Package Manager.


Method 1 — Install via Utilities.exe (recommended)

  1. Close the game if it’s running.
  2. Open your Train Simulator install folder.
    ○ Steam default:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks
  3. Run:
    Utilities.exe
  4. In the Utilities window:
    ○ Go to Package Manager
    ○ Click Install
    ○ Browse to the .RWP file
    ○ Select it and confirm
  5. The package will automatically unpack into the correct folders.
